Applied Neuromuscular Ultrasound

Description

Objectives: Readers will acquire skills to: (1) Describe ultrasonographic techniques for imaging nerves in the arm and leg, (2) discuss the benefits of dynamic imaging of nerves and muscles, (3) explain the importance of US in the diagnostic evaluation of conditions that can be improved with surgical intervention, and (4) list common artifacts and challenges that occur with NM and MSK imaging.
