Recognize the symptoms and signs of small nerve fiber dysfunction in children and adolescents; identify appropriate tests for evaluation and confirmation of diagnosis; and recognize how problems with neuropathic pain and autonomic dysfunction will benefit from clinical, physiologic and anatomic test approaches.
