Objective: Learners should be able to understand and identify exercise facilitation in Lambert-Eaton syndrome by 1) recognizing the clinical signs of facilitation, 2) understanding its pathophysiological basis and 3) properly testing for facilitation using the correct technique (10-second exercise).
