Our new teachable moment series covers a range of different neuromuscular medicine topics in short videos. Catch up or relearn important neuromuscular medicine lessons with these videos we will release throughout the year.
Patients commonly are referred for evaluation for numbness or sensory dysfunction in the lateral outer thigh. This Teachable Moment reviews the clinical and electrophysiologic evidence of patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy (“meralgia paresthetica”).
Objective: 1)to help recognize when a patient pay have signs of meralgia paresthetica.
