Ultrasound and Electrodiagnosis (EMG) of the Radial Nerve Training Video is designed to review the anatomy, scan techniques, normal nerve ultrasound characteristics, and diagnostic criteria for evaluating peripheral nerve abnormalities.

Objectives: After viewing the activity, the participant should be able to:

  • State the clinical indications for performing ultrasound evaluation of the radial nerve.
  • Recognize normal sonographic anatomy of the radial nerve.
  • List examination protocols and scan techniques for successful evaluation of the radial nerve.
  • Identify commonly abnormalities associated with the radial nerve.
